The unfortunate fact is that every person that says that they are for you is actually for you. The enemy uses the people that are closest to you to plant seeds of doubt, uncertainty, and insecurity. If you don’t know exactly Whom you belong to and that you are a son or daughter of the King of all Kings, it can cause you to develop low self-esteem.

You will come across people that are cheering for you in your face but behind your back secretly want you to fail. One thing that you can never do is limit yourself based off of someone else’s opinion of who they think you are. When faced with those kinds of situations make it your mission to exceed, surpass, and tower over every perception.

It is easy to allow negative seeds to get planted in your head so it is imperative that you stay rooted and grounded in the Word of God. The Lord makes it clear that it is our responsibility to renew and wash our minds with His Word. When you do, those negative emotions will have to submit to your frame of mind. Don’t ever underestimate yourself, when the opportunity presents itself, show up and show out!
