Positive Quote for the Week-The devil devises evil by law

Psalm 94:20 gives us some powerful revelation into the spiritual realm and how the enemy operates. They devise their evil by law but not just any law, the Book of the Law (Word of God). In other words, whether or not we are aware of the Lord’s stipulations and provisions we are held accountable when we break them. When we go against God’s Biblical law, it gives the enemy and every evil spirit the legal right to create chaos in our lives.

That is why the Lord is asking us in Psalm 94:20 if it’s wise for believers to live a life that is in direct fellowship with the devil. We were bought at a tremendous price when Jesus Christ died on the cross at Calvary and shed His innocent blood to pay for our sin debt. Should we as Christians be living in the same sin that He died for us to be free from?

Our body is a temple of God that houses the Holy Spirit and we are to keep it as clean and pure as we possibly can. When we begin to pollute it with the filth of the World, we are allowing the enemy to legally infiltrate our minds and hearts which will in turn create strongholds that are not easy to break. When we verbally declare that we are coming out of agreement with the devil and his ways and truly mean it, it releases the power that he has over us.

Luckily, we have the Helper, the Holy Spirit dwelling on the inside of us that will guide and lead us into all truth, John 16:13. The Word of God has transformative power and will break the chains that the devil has you shackled in. The key thing is that you want to be submitted to the Lord in every aspect of your life. Areas that are not yielded can be used as open doors for the enemy to come in and attack!
